That's fine - most sessions start from scratch or from a partial investigation. Bring whatever you have: a description of the defect, any photos, process data, or customer communication. We'll work from there.
What platform do we use?+
Zoom or Teams - you choose when booking. As long as we can share screens and talk through the issue, any platform works.
Can I get a same-day session for urgent cases?+

What if the session runs over 30 minutes?+
Any time beyond the initial 30 minutes is billed at €25 per started hour. We'll always check with you before continuing so there are no surprises.
