Deep Dive · 80-minute live 8D rebuild session
We work the whole case together on a shared screen — from problem description to verified corrective action — and find the layer your customer keeps rejecting. You leave with a rebuild plan, and the written action list is in your inbox within one working day. €149, fixed price.
Zoom or Teams · up to 3 colleagues can join · company invoice available · Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00 CET
Sound familiar?
When an 8D has bounced once or twice, patching a single section rarely works. The investigation itself needs a second look — end to end.
Second or third rejection, and the comments still land on root cause or verification. Reformatting didn't help.
The customer wants the final 8D this week, and you still don't trust your own root cause.
Production blames material, quality blames the process, and every meeting ends with a new theory.
Controlled shipping, a supplier score that's sliding, or a meeting with the customer's quality manager on the calendar.
Sorting crews, 100% inspection and premium freight — every week the 8D stays open, the bill grows.
No dedicated quality engineer, and the person holding the complaint has a day job too.
Now picture the end of the call: the root cause and escape cause are named and backed by evidence, every corrective action has a verification method, and you know exactly why this version will close the complaint — instead of coming back a fourth time.
What changes for you
We trace the rejection back to the discipline that's really failing — often it isn't the one the comments point at.
Occurrence and escape cause both defined, each with the evidence that proves it — so "how do you know?" has an answer.
Every action tied to a root cause and a verification method. No more "operators were retrained".
Bring up to three colleagues. The argument about whose fault it is gets replaced by one shared, evidence-based picture.
“Fast, calm, and professional under pressure. We had a 48-hour deadline and delivered a credible response the same day.”
Peter W. · Operations Manager, Tier 3 supplier
What happens in the session
Prepared in advance, structured on the call, documented afterwards. Nothing is left to memory.
Send the 8D, the rejection comments and your data at least one working day before. I arrive knowing the case, so we start at the problem, not the briefing.
D2 sharpened: what exactly failed, where, how often — and what the customer's comments really mean.
5 Why, IS / IS NOT or fishbone — whichever the case needs — until both the occurrence and the detection failure have a provable cause.
Containment checked, permanent actions matched to each root cause, and a verification method the customer will accept.
Which sections to rewrite, in which order, with which evidence — plus wording for the weakest discipline.
Root cause, escape cause, actions, owners and evidence to collect — ready to forward to your manager or team.
Who books the Deep Dive
You've done this many times. This one keeps coming back, and you need an outside view that can see the whole investigation, not just one paragraph.
Controlled shipping or a customer visit on the horizon, no dedicated quality resource, and a report that has to be right this time.
You'll present the root cause in person. You want the logic stress-tested — with your engineers on the call — before the customer does it for you.
Who you'll work with
You'll work directly with Tamás Sára — two decades in automotive Tier 1–2, electronics assembly and industrial supply, working complaints, escalations and supplier disputes from inside real plants, and presenting the results to customers. No junior consultant, no hand-off: the person who reads your case is the person on the call.
A critical escalation arrived with a two-day deadline for containment and an interim 8D — and nobody free to own it. Containment was defined and sent to the customer on the first day, buying the time to investigate properly.
Included with your Deep Dive
Your 8D, rejection comments and data read before we meet — so all 80 minutes go into solving, not explaining.
Root cause, escape cause, actions, owners and evidence — a document you can forward to management and the team.
Hit a snag while rewriting, or got a question back from the customer? Send it within 7 days for a short written answer.
The same four tests every case is reviewed against, so you can self-check the rebuilt 8D before it leaves your desk.
Ready-to-use templates for the follow-up work with your team after the session.
Everything you get
Another rejection means another week of containment, sorting and pressure on your supplier score. Here's what breaks the cycle:
Pick your time in the calendar · company invoice with VAT · PO numbers accepted
Zero risk to you
If you finish the session without a concrete plan for which sections to rebuild and what evidence to use, tell us within 7 days and you'll get a full refund. No forms, no arguing.
And if the case turns out to need a full done-for-you investigation, the €149 is credited against it when you book within 14 days.
Each one includes reading your case in advance, so there are only a few Deep Dive slots each week. The earliest times usually go to whoever has the closest customer deadline.

What might be stopping you
Compare it to one more week of 100% inspection, a sorting crew and premium freight. One avoided rejection pays for the session many times over — and the guarantee covers the rest.
You'll have a written action list to forward the next day. It's one line on an invoice, with a documented result attached.
That's exactly why. A team that has lived inside a case for weeks can't see it fresh anymore. An outside review usually finds the missing link fast.
Everything stays confidential, and a signed NDA is available before you send anything. Many cases can be worked through without naming the customer.
Only one point blocking you? If most of the 8D is fine and one discipline won't move, the 45-minute Quick Unblock (€89) is the faster, lighter option.
